BUFFER SOLUTION

BUFFER SOLUTION :
A buffer solution is an aqueous solution consisting of a mixture of weak acid or weak base ,it has the property that the ph of solution changes very little when small amount of strong acid or base are added.

The majority of biological samples that are used in researcher are made in buffers especially phosphate buffer saline (PBS) at PH 7.4
